After years chasing my own Anxiety, IBS and unexplained Infertility in the conventional medical world, I had an epic burnout in 2016. The thing about burning out is you don’t realize it’s happening until it’s too late, because the way we’re conditioned to deal with life is to “suck it up”, take some pills, see a therapist, an endocrinologist, gastro-enterologist, maybe even see an alternative healer, and “just get on with it.”

But this inability to do the deep work can lead you down a path where your body starts shouting at you until you pay attention.

When modern medicine couldn’t help me, I retrained in Functional Medicine and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. I was blown away by how decades of seemingly unrelated health issues began evaporating within a few weeks of following the principles of personalizing Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction and Supplements (D.R.E.S.S.).  I’ve integrated this with my Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychology training to create a mind-body solution that addresses trauma as well as the biochemical infections and hidden toxicities that can also drive feelings of low energy, anxiety, pain and unbalanced hormones.

After spending 22 years in London, which is where I studied Psychology and led a Corporate Wellness program for a global investment bank, I’ve recently settled in Southern California. Now I spend as much time as I can outside, working online to serve women in high-pressured environments through one to one programs, retreats, corporate presentations, and guest speaking on podcasts and summits. 

My mission is to awaken individuals and organizations to the brilliance of the body – particularly the gut! Because when you get the body right, the brain follows!

I aim to help high-performing women become burnout-proof, so they can achieve new levels of peace and purpose.
