𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙖 𝙜𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡, 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙖 𝙩𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙙.

What that means is that you’re trying to KILL off the bugs, BEFORE making sure that you can actually eliminate them through peeing, pooping or perspiring (The 3PS).

What does rest have to do with your gut health? Everything!

People think that if they take probiotics, they’re working on their gut health.

But what if I told you that that’s just one part of the equation and that you need to rest in order to reset your gut.

Because living in a permanent state of fight or flight the way that we live in the 21st century, going from one thing to the next thing to the next thing, means that your cortisol is elevated. That can:

1. Make it difficult for you to break food down because we don’t have the right levels of enzymes when we’re stressed.

2. Which means that you don’t absorb food properly, so you’re deficient in nutrients and more likely to struggle with low immunity.

3. Damage your intestinal lining, meaning you can become more reactive to foods, struggle with allergies and even brain fog, low energy and joint pain. A leaky gut = intolerances and sensitivities.

Rest is probably the most underrated pillar of well-being.

What’s so great about it is: you literally don’t have to do anything in order to experience the benefits.

The first step to healing your gut, is to ensure you have the ENERGY to heal your gut. What do I mean by this?

If you’re lacking in energy, you can’t detox effectively. So you need minerals! In the past, I used to try to eradicate h pylori or parasites by just doing herbs and probiotics.

However, if you don’t have the right balance of minerals you’re going to feel really unwell - it’s called a Herxheimer Reaction and it can be gnarly!

So my first step in ANY healing protocol is to always start with Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) which would then give insight into what deficiencies need to be corrected in the body!

Started my day off wrong watching the woke insanit

Started my day off wrong watching the woke insanity on the news. Won’t be doing that again!

But this is how I turn it around and you can too. In my life before Jesus, I’d meditate when I woke up, but as I’ve struggled to find meditation apps that aren’t all Buddhist or yogic, I now just read my Bible, pray and get out of bed.

Reed was already awake and loves the news. I really don’t. I was left feeling frazzled and despairing at the state of this world.

But the antidote - this song - was playing in my head the whole time.

As soon as it was possible, I sat at my piano to shift the atmosphere.
