The productivity you're losing doesn't show up in absence data.

Most workplace wellbeing programs treat the whole workforce as one average. This one starts with individual functional testing, so the people carrying a daily symptom load get a personalised next step instead of another generic resource.

  • Sessions, workshops & keynotes
  • Executive 1:1 programs
  • Onsite & virtual

The measurement problem

You are already paying for this. You just can't see it on a report.

Absence is easy to count, so it's what gets managed. But among employed people living with ongoing digestive symptoms, the share who show up and underperform dwarfs the share who stay home.

What absence data captures 24.3%

reported absenteeism — days actually missed. This is the number your HR system sees.

What it misses entirely 86.8%

reported presenteeism — at their desk, in the meeting, and working at reduced capacity. No absence is logged, so no cost is recorded. Employed patients with IBS, work productivity study, 2018.

Why now

Benefit costs are rising faster than they have in fifteen years.

Employers are absorbing the steepest health cost increases since 2010 while being told to prove that every wellbeing vendor actually works. Both pressures point the same direction: fewer generic programs, more targeted ones.

6.5%

Projected rise in total health benefit cost per employee for 2026 — the largest increase since 2010, even after planned cost-cutting.

Scope

What this is, and what it isn't.

In 2024 a study of more than 46,000 UK workers found no measurable benefit from individual-level wellbeing interventions — mindfulness sessions, resilience training, wellbeing apps. Any buyer doing due diligence knows this. So it's worth being precise about what is being offered here.

What it is

  • Individual functional lab testing, with results interpreted one-to-one
  • A personalised next step per participant, not a shared protocol
  • Education on sleep, energy, stress physiology and digestion, delivered live
  • Structured follow-up over a defined period, so change is supported rather than announced
  • Measured against participant-reported capacity at start and end

What it isn't

  • A diagnosis, a treatment, or a replacement for medical or mental health care
  • A promise to identify a single cause for any symptom
  • A guaranteed ROI multiple — the honest evidence base doesn't support one
  • A substitute for fixing workload, scheduling or management practice, which the same research suggests matter more
  • A one-size wellness bundle
How an engagement runs

Test, don't guess.

Baseline

Functional lab work plus a capacity questionnaire for each participant, before any recommendation is made.

Interpret

A one-to-one session per person covering what the results may indicate, what they don't, and one concrete next step.

Support

Scheduled coaching across the engagement, with a repeat baseline at the end to show direction of travel.

Programs

Three ways to start.

Talks & Workshops

All employees

Live sessions on sleep and recovery, energy and workload, stress physiology, and digestive health. Delivered onsite or virtually. Built around one behaviour change per session rather than a survey of topics.

$4,500per session

Executive Program

Senior leaders

Six months. Functional lab panel before and after, twelve coaching sessions, results interpretation, and a personalised plan per leader. Volume pricing below applies to cohorts run concurrently.

$15,000per person

Cohorts

5, 12 or 20 leaders

The Executive Program run as a group intake, with individual testing and individual sessions retained. Volume discount reflects delivery efficiency, not reduced contact time.

$60k / $135k / $210k5 · 12 · 20 leaders

Cohort pricing: 5 leaders at 20% ($12,000 each), 12 at 25% ($11,250 each), 20 at 30% ($10,500 each). A share of every corporate package funds functional testing for people who could not otherwise access it.

Feedback

From past sessions.

Best wellbeing talk I’ve attended so far.
Excellent and very insightful. Raewyn is clearly passionate about what she does and the science behind it is fascinating.
Very personable presenter who was hugely fluent in her subject. Plenty of good tips. I wish the session could have been longer.

Workplace sessions previously delivered for teams at Rolls-Royce, RBS, KKR, WeWork, UK Border Force, Rebel Kitchen and The Curtain.

I know what it's like to push through a packed schedule while managing symptoms nobody can explain, and to be told it's normal. I spent five years leading health and wellbeing inside a global bank before functional medicine gave me answers my own workups hadn't.

I'm a Board-Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner and a Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist. I've worked as a Functional Medicine Health Coach for nine years, with more than 300 women and founders, and as a hypnotherapist since 2008, with more than 500 people.

I bring that into organisations as testing-led coaching: individual data first, personalised next steps second, and no promises the evidence won't carry.
