Your people are under load. What is your wellbeing budget actually doing about it?
Most wellbeing spend buys an app, a webinar series, and a step challenge nobody finishes. I design wellbeing strategy that sits inside your existing HR agenda, reaches the employees carrying the most pressure, and comes with measures agreed before launch.
The Strategy Consultation
- Where pressure is actually concentrated, by function and by level
- What your current provision covers, and what it misses
- A recommended program shape, scoped to your budget cycle
- A written summary you can take into a budget conversation
Delivered through Well Works, the UK wellbeing consultancy I founded and ran from 2017 to 2022, following six years leading corporate wellness at Barclays.
The problem is not that people are tired. It is that your managers are
Wellbeing spend usually targets the whole population evenly. The data says the sharpest decline is happening in the layer that is hardest and most expensive to replace.
of employees worldwide were engaged at work in 2025, the lowest reading since 2020.
Manager engagement fell three points in a single year, a steeper drop than any other worker category.
lost globally each year to depression and anxiety, across roughly 12 billion working days.

Strategy first, then the program, then the room
Each stage stands on its own. You are never committing to the next one to get value from this one.
Strategy Consultation
We look at your population, your existing provision, and where the pressure is concentrated. You leave with a recommended shape and a realistic scope.
Program Design
A wellbeing program built to your organization and integrated with your HR agenda rather than bolted alongside it, with defined measures agreed before launch.
Workshops and Keynotes
The delivery layer. Sessions built on the DRESS for Health Success framework, which gets the program in front of your people in a format they will actually use.
Prefer to test the water first? Many organizations start with a single session, see what lands with their people, and build the program from there. See the full workshop catalogue.

What people say after the session
Best wellbeing talk I have attended so far.
Session attendeeExcellent and very insightful. Raewyn is clearly passionate about what she does and the science behind it is fascinating.
Session attendeeVery personable presenter who was hugely fluent in her subject. Plenty of good tips. I wish the session could have been longer.
Session attendeeThe greatest medicine in the world is to teach people how not to need it. Sushruta
I built this function from the inside, then built the consultancy
I am Raewyn Guerrero. Before I worked with executives one to one, I led corporate wellness at Barclays in London, designing and delivering wellbeing provision for a global workforce. I then founded Well Works, a UK wellbeing consultancy, and spent five years delivering programs and workshops into organizations across finance, aviation, government, property, and hospitality.
That history is the difference in how I build. Programs are designed to be integrated, defensible, and used, because I have sat on your side of the table and had to justify every one of them in a budget review.
Today I work with high-performing leaders on the physiology underneath their capacity, and I bring that work back into organizations that want more than a subscription and a poster campaign.
Start with a conversation about your population
One consultation, a clear read on where the pressure sits, and a recommended shape you can take to budget. No obligation to go further.
