I needed a minute after the appalling events of the last couple of weeks.
If it feels like your body, mind, and society are under attack from all sides, it’s because they are. The hidden force eroding our health, spirit and culture at every level showed its face — not just in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, but in the aftermath, with people visibly celebrating the murder of a bold, God-fearing man.
The assault on truth, freedom, humanity and wellness is no accident. The rise in chronic illness, mental distress, and bitter division is being engineered — one toxic chemical, violent TV show, and divisive speech at a time.
How did we as a society get here? I talk about the desensitization of humanity in my recent video on YouTube.
In a recent interview, Dr Mark Hyman reminded us that the Standard American Diet (SAD) is engineered by profit-hungry corporations. Big Food, Big Ag, and Big Pharma are responsible for the 93% of Americans who are “metabolically broken.”
The ones dealing with diabetes, hormonal imbalances, mental health issues, dementia and even cancer, which is now on the rise in young people.
Despite mainstream opinion, in Functional Medicine we have seen that these conditions can be improved with personalized protocols on Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction and Supplements (D.R.E.S.S.).
YES, even mental health issues can improve when you:
1. Understand why they’re there in the first place. Is it trauma?
2. If there’s trauma involved, then healing that trauma needs to be a priority, but remember that the ripple effects of trauma and stress impact more than just the nervous system. They can be felt in places like the gut, the hormones and even the skin.
3. Identifying where the biochemical side effects are being felt has to be part of healing. Explore the gut, food sensitivities, mold, toxins like metals and microplastics in the water, and even certain medications.
4. Remove the offenders, once they’re identified.
5. Rebalance minerals.
6. Heal and seal the gut.
It sounds so simple.
But in reality, the culture we find ourselves a part of in 2025 is the antithesis to healing. When there are 240,000 microplastic particles in every liter of water, mercury and aluminum in the air, water and vaccines, there’s an unavoidable toxic overflow that shows up as cognitive decline and hormone disruption, leading us to where are today.
From where I sit, this is spiritual warfare.
Covid was the wake up call that preceded my coming to Christ.
Maybe the assassination of Charlie Kirk is yours?
The first step in the path out is to be aware of the assaults, and then you can counter them appropriately.
- If social media is hostile, detox from it by opening your Bible. Journal. Pray.
- If something violent is on your Netflix, unsubscribe. Choose apps like Angel or PureFlix, with uplifting content.
- If your supermarket is using Apeel on their produce, choose another supermarket that offers organic produce.
- If you’re eating seed oils when you dine out, download Seed Oil Scout to look for new places to eat that use olive oil or tallow.
- Drink out of glass, not plastic.
- Avoid microwaving or heating food in plastic.
- If you suspect you are heavy metal toxic, that’s where I can help, because of the work I do with screening for these things in your hair and urine.
The Charlie Kirk Effect: When Truth Is Targeted
It is no accident that in this context of engineered chaos, truth tellers like Charlie Kirk have been targeted and, in some cases, erased from public conversation or worse. His “assassination” (literal or cultural) is not just a single tragedy—it is the inevitable warning of an establishment threatened by those who expose, unite, or empower the public.
This is why it is more critical than ever to reject the engineered toxins, curated division, and digital theater of violence. Reclaiming health is nothing less than reclaiming autonomy over what you think, consume, buy, believe, and share.
We win this war by replacing the toxic with the pure.
This is how we reclaim Western values, protect future generations, and ensure truth outlasts the darkness. Together, we are the salt and the light.
