What is the Financial Loss of Your Burnout Symptoms?
First, let’s talk about the monetary cost of being unwell.
Think about this:
How much time do you think you spend struggling each day?
- chronic fatigue
… or some other irritating health-related issue?
Maybe you wake up exhausted, so you spend an hour getting out of bed each morning. 😴
Or maybe your digestion is so out-of-whack, you’re running to the bathroom 10-15 times throughout the workday. 🚽
Whatever you’re grappling with, do your best to estimate the amount of time you spend feeling “unwell” each day.
Here’s the thing –
Even if you spend just 2 hours each day in suffering (for many of my clients, it’s more than this) that means you spend 14 hours suffering every single week.
That’s about 56 hours in one month and over 700 hours in a year – spent feeling miserable.
Okay, now how much money do you make in one hour?
Now multiply that by the amount of hours you spend feeling unwell.
For example, if you make $100/hour, that means you could be losing $200 each day. That’s about $1,000 each week and $4,000 every month.
Are you starting to see the cost of operating from a place of burnout?
Now, think about what you’re spending on health management right now.
It could be…
- Random supplements
- “Health” foods that could actually be fueling your problems if you haven’t run the right tests
It’s very possible you invest over $1,500 a month right now.
And that *would* be well worth it… if you were actually healed, feeling like your best self, and kicking ass in every area of your life.
